And how, when I got diagnosed, I almost immediately signed up to do The Avon Walk (2 days, 39+ miles!) walk in New York City? Well, it seems like a long time ago (its been the longest year ever in my book!), but I can hardly believe it the walk is about 6 weeks away! Im leading a team of 5 (including my Mom, my Aunt and 2 of my besties), and weve already raised over $11,000 for boob cancer, which is amazeballs. However, our goal is to each raise $1,000 over our $1,800 minimum and that means we need to raise another $3,000+ to knock this goal on its butt.
